About the Role

Our client is looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist & Guest Experience Associate to join a luxury spa team. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

The role also offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with therapy skills (e.g., massage, beauty, or wellness treatments) to occasionally assist the team, adding variety and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage guests with a genuine smile and professional manner.
  • Manage spa bookings, schedules, and guest inquiries (in person, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Process payments and maintain accurate reception records.
  • Liaise with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
  • Maintain a calm and elegant reception atmosphere at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service role (hospitality/spa/wellness preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and booking system skills.
