As Spa Manager, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience.
• Spa treatments, exercise classes, and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Graduated or have a broad knowledge of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy at either NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO is preferred.
• Understanding and specialization of various beauty products, aesthetic appliances, their specifications, and uses. Knowledge in the use of facial, nail, or other beauty technology as required to fulfill spa treatments.
• Service-oriented with an eye for details. Self‑motivated and energetic.
• Fluent in English language.
