About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join Madinat Jumeirah Spa.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Talise standards, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa areas.
  • Greet guests upon their arrival at the spa and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Replenish all necessary items in the spa promptly and maintain inventory levels by requesting and collecting stock and supplies as per minimum stock levels.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities, including water maintenance, cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment maintenance, and locker room tidiness.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively, record guest comments, and report any breakage, damage, or loss to the appropriate supervisors.
  • Assist therapists/practitioners in preparing for treatments or baths when needed and maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of equipment.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
  • Problem solving.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
