A fast-growing tech consulting firm in Dubai seeks a Solution Sales Officer to drive business development and B2B sales in the Compliance and BFSI sectors. The Solution Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales. This includes identifying new opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with clients in the Compliance, Information Technology, and BFSI sectors. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth. The officer will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, manage long-term client relationships, and support the expansion of the business in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Graduation in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in business development, solution sales, or B2B sales, preferably in Compliance, BFSI, or related technology sectors
Exposure to compliance, cybersecurity, governance, or risk management solutions is a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels
Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex products and solutions in a client friendly manner
Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries, with a focus on Compliance and BFSI sectors
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Conduct in-depth needs analysis, product demonstrations, and client presentations to align solutions with customer requirements
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Track and report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends using CRM tools
Participate in and organize industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand business opportunities and brand awareness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client success
