Overview

Role : Social Media Specialist

Location : Dubai, UAE

Type : Full-time

Client Industry : Luxury Smart Home & Home Cinema Installation

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for smart home, AV, lighting, shading, Wi-Fi, security, and home cinema solutions.
  • Develop audience strategies, manage budgets, track performance, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts; capture and produce visual assets from real installs.
  • Partner with Sales to create case studies, testimonials, and reels for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee community engagement with fast replies, tips, and appointment-booking DMs.
  • Create and test landing pages, run A / B tests, and improve conversion rates and speed-to-lead.
  • Manage email and WhatsApp lifecycle campaigns : welcome, quote follow-up, reactivation, post-install care, and VIP property-manager cadence.
  • Track and report campaigns using GA4, GTM, and CRM offline conversions; maintain weekly dashboards.
Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of experience in paid social and search for high-value consumer services or property-related products.
  • Proven track record of running and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Webflow or other CMS, landing page builders, and Canva.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Bonus : experience with Jobber CRM, Zoho, call tracking, and WhatsApp lead flows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating real metrics (CPL, ROAS) and campaign insights.
