Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our team at Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations, ensuring that all interior fit-out works are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring that interior fit-out projects are completed according to the project plan and client specifications.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and coordination of all site activities.
• Site Supervision: Oversee the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular site progress reports, including updates on timelines, costs, and any issues encountered.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations and that safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Client Liaison: Maintain a strong relationship with clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in site supervision and project management, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and interior fit-out processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Additional Requirements

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or construction are a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Availability: Must be available to work on-site in Dubai and be flexible with working hours as needed.
