We are looking for a Site Engineer with 23 years of experience to oversee site activities, ensure the project meets specifications, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare reports.

Identify and resolve onsite technical and operational issues.

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and material records.

Ensure proper implementation of project specifications and engineering drawings.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 23 years of site engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Valid UAE driving license & own vehicle (Mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced site-based environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is a plus.
