We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities onsite, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical submittals.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to optimize project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, and resources to maintain budget compliance.
  • Implement and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bridge Construction.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
