Qualifications

• Experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Cook in a bakery or café for 3–6 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in pastries, desserts, and plated items.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of pastries and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to new product development and seasonal menu planning.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for ingredients.
• Support and guide junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants.
