We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Support Services Executive based in Dubai to work directly with the Principal and Executive Leadership.
This position functions as a trusted right hand to leadership, supporting executive, organizational, compliance, and family office–related matters across the business.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, in equivalent field or similar practical experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive and principal support across corporate and personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality
- Act as a central coordination point between leadership, internal teams, consultants, partners, and external stakeholders
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle (recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, visas, insurance, offboarding, and end-of-service processes)
- Maintain and implement internal HR and administrative policies in line with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Manage corporate compliance, licenses, insurance, and government-related documentation and renewals
- Liaise directly with government authorities and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Lead complex administrative initiatives including office relocations, renovations, and major operational transitions
- Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, facilities, and asset management
- Coordinate executive-level proposals, bids, supplier registrations, and pre-qualification documentation
- Manage logistics for external events, conferences, travel, and executive engagements
Skills
- With at least 5 year's experience in executive support, operations, HR coordination, and governance
- Proven track record supporting principals, owners, or senior executives in complex environments
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- HR administration, compliance, and corporate governance
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Contract, documentation, and records management
- Vendor, facilities, and operational coordination
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, government liaison (PRO services), and corporate administration
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and decision-making capability
- Comfortable operating independently with broad responsibility and minimal oversight
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – advanced proficiency
