This role involves designing and maintaining cybersecurity solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clients. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience and strong networking knowledge. The position offers a competitive salary of AED 15,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• 8 years of cybersecurity experience with 4 years in Forcepoint products.
• Proven hands-on experience in Web/Email security.
• Experience with Forcepoint One (SaaS) and Netskope WSG.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support Forcepoint OnPrem and Cloud proxy solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and lead technical resolution including outage handling.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors on implementation.

Web/Email security knowledge

Client interaction skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
