Job Title:

IT Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The IT Project Manager will lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing SAP systems. This role will oversee project delivery ensure seamless systems integration and drive digital transformation initiatives to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage major IT projects or multiple smaller projects ensuring effective coordination and managing interdependencies.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution monitoring and closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Implement and manage SAP solutions with a focus on SAP HANA.
• Ensure systems integration adheres to best practices and aligns with organizational goals.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop project documentation reports and status updates for senior management.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with emerging industry technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT change management systems integration and project delivery.

Preferred Requirements:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and managing large-scale system integrations.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) and SAP certifications.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in change management principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of systems integration techniques and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of integration tools and platforms (e.g. middleware APIs ESB).
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.Experience implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
