Charterhouse is proudly supporting a Global Family Office on a crucial hiring of Senior Program Manager - Philanthropic Partnership into one of their Foundations. The family office have a global footprint and have a big focus on philanthropic endeavours through their various foundations and initiatives.

About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, the role will play a key role in driving the foundation's vision forward and working closely with the principal to achieve its mission. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, grant-making, eco-system development and building strategic partnerships with NGOs, foundations and other donors.

This role will work closely with the Principal and will be relied upon for consistent support. It offers significant exposure to the Principal and the opportunity to drive the foundation forward, contributing to meaningful and impactful change.

About You

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have 10+ years' experience across grant-making and partnerships, ideally having worked within a foundation or founder previously. Experience with tech-for-good initiatives or educational philanthropy is essential. Strong due diligence skills in grant assessment are also a key requirement.

The foundation's mission focuses on education and technology across emerging markets, making prior experience in regions such as LATAM, Africa, MENA, and South Asia essential. The role requires frequent travel and requires to be based in Abu Dhabi from September to May.
