About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our loyalty services, rewards, and Tabby+ subscription product. Our vision is to become a daily-use financial service, and we need a passionate, driven individual to join our team.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an ambitious product roadmap for efficient product activation.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, security, and core teams to ensure products meet regulations and standards without hindering innovation.
  • Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Set and analyze KPIs to measure product performance and improvements.
  • Analyze activation data to understand user behavior and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Plan and oversee the launch of new features, collaborating with marketing and communications to ensure successful adoption.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in subscriptions, loyalty programs, rewards, or digital financial services and mobile banking.
  • Proven success in managing complex product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluency in English.
