Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving design innovation both strategically and practically. You will lead the vision and execution of user experiences across complex and high-impact product areas. Leveraging your expertise in user-centered design systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration youll help shape our digital product strategy to deliver meaningful value to users and the business alike.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic UX Leadership
  • Define and lead the UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas aligning closely with business goals and long-term product roadmaps.
  • Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure design is embedded in strategic planning and prioritization.
User-Centered Design & Research
  • Champion a culture of user empathy by leading research initiatives and turning insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Guide and mentor team members in conducting user research and usability testing to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product Engineering and Business teams to align on goals and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
  • Lead design reviews facilitate workshops and clearly communicate design rationale to ensure shared understanding of user needs.
Design Execution & Craftsmanship
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through to final execution setting a high bar for interaction accessibility and visual quality.
  • Own and evolve the design system to maintain consistency scalability and efficiency across teams and products.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation through design.
  • Continuously enhance design practices tools and methodologies while mentoring others and promoting a culture of learning and experimentation.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design leadership.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end design processes for complex digital products or platforms.
  • Advanced systems thinking with the ability to translate complexity into intuitive user-centric experiences.
  • High proficiency in wireframing prototyping and delivering polished high-fidelity designs with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence product direction and advocate for design at leadership levels.
  • Experience mentoring and developing design talent within collaborative teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of data-informed design with knowledge of growth engagement and retention strategies.
