The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in credit card product management and a strong understanding of Islamic finance principles, along with project management skills. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in credit card product management with HNW or premium segment experience.
• Proven track record in CVP design, GTM execution, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and commercialization of HNW credit card propositions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans including launch timelines and channel strategy.
• Monitor product performance and optimize through KPIs.
