A leading technology solutions company is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer based in Dubai to drive business growth in Building Technology and Solutions. The role involves collaborating with the Sales team on technical proposals, validating design assumptions, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related fields, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Pre Sales for Physical Security systems, and excellent communication skills.
The Senior Pressales Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Presales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and be part of a growing team, responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.
As a Senior Pressales Engineer you will work closely with the Sales team on technical and commercial proposals. As a member of this team you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with presales/estimation for the most optimized solution.
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design estimates and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will also be responsible for providing technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will be part of transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline and customer requirements are taken care of in proper manner.
As a Senior Pressales Engineer you may need to perform onsite data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will also be focused on developing multiple components. You will use strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).
You will validate assumptions and provide technical risk analysis, ensuring alignment with the Operations team and customers.
