Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in construction management, specifically within buildings and community developments. They will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all project stages meet deadlines. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong reporting skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant overall experience.
• 8+ years in a similar role on buildings or mixed-use projects.
• 5+ years of regional experience.
• Experience in Consultant or PMC setups.
• Professional memberships and charterships required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project work breakdown structure.
• Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Analyse and report on schedules and progress.
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
