Job Description

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner - Commercial to join our Dubai-based Talent & Culture team. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to multiple business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and talent development. You will collaborate closely with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D) to deliver people solutions that promote success for both the business and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders across assigned verticals/functions.
  2. Translate business needs into impactful people strategies and solutions.
  3. Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
  4. Partner with leaders and teams to foster a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
  5. Utilize data and insights to influence decisions and improve people practices.
  6. Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
  7. Navigate change management processes and advise on organizational health.
  8. Collaborate with global People Centers of Excellence to implement relevant programs and policies.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a business partner.
  • Experience supporting high-growth commercial teams is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, and talent strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with ambiguity.
  • Data fluency with the ability to derive insights from HR and business metrics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
