The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, lead the payroll team, and manage the full payroll cycle. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience in payroll, strong attention to detail, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in payroll and 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing payroll for 2,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full payroll cycle and timely salary processing.
• Lead the payroll team and handle all payroll-related issues.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements and reconciliations.
