Event Management Oversight

Description - Leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of broker events, including briefings, launches, and courtesy activities.

Strategic Communications

Description - Designs and circulates broker communication content, ensuring consistency with corporate standards.

Team Coordination

Description - Supervises event executives (local & international), ensuring alignment and clear division of responsibilities.

Vendor & Partner Management

Description - Engages with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.

Performance Reporting

Description - Tracks event effectiveness, post-event feedback, and broker engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
