Qualifications

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel with 7–10 years of experience to lead legal and compliance matters across the Middle East, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong analytical thinking, business alignment, and hands‑on expertise in the following areas.

Responsibilities
  • Real estate transactions, especially commercial lease agreements
  • Corporate and financing matters
  • Vendor contracts and IP‑related agreements
  • Legal governance, compliance, and records management
  • Coordinating cross‑border legal matters with external counsel and internal stakeholders across APAC, India, and the Middle East
  • You will also support employee relations and general corporate governance, helping to strengthen TEC’s legal framework and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
  • LLB or equivalent, qualified in a recognized jurisdiction
  • 7–10 years’ experience across real estate, corporate law, governance, and financing (in‑house or law firm)
  • Strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks; KSA experience is highly valued
  • Experience in company secretarial work and cross‑border transactions (Middle East, APAC, India)
  • Excellent English drafting and communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and contract/entity management systems
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strong stakeholder management skills
