Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HSE / Technical Safety Design.
• Familiarity with international HSE design codes and standards.
• Experience with ADNOC, Aramco, QatarEnergy or similar clients is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review HSE engineering deliverables.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Support safety studies and audits during project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on design reviews.
