A financial services company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive – Finance to oversee daily financial operations, including payroll and reporting. Candidates should have 5-6 years of experience in finance, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in finance software and MS Excel is required. This role involves preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with laws, and managing cash flow, providing a crucial link between management and financial health.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day financial operations including payroll and invoicing.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & annual reports.
  • Prepare full sets of books of account.
  • Manage flow of cash and banking.
  • Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Responsible for monthly compliance such as VAT.
  • Liaise with auditors for timely completion of audits.
  • Facilitate statutory compliance with tax consultants.
  • Perform other projects as assigned by Management.

  • Perform day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & annual reports at Sub-group level.
  • Prepare full sets of books of account.
  • Managing flow of cash, banking.
  • Preparing & Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule after timely closing of books of account.
  • Handle intercompany transaction and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
  • Responsible for monthly compliance such as VAT, payroll taxes etc.
  • Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit.
  • Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Perform other projects as assigned by the Management
