A leading engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking an Estimating and Budgeting Manager. The role involves leading a team, managing estimates and budgets, and ensuring financial compliance. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in the Middle East, alongside a BSc in Quantity Surveying and RICS membership. Proficiency in Excel and both English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Middle East.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.
• Excellent report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of estimators across Task Orders.
• Develop and maintain procedures for estimates and budgets.
• Monitor spending patterns and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Present annual budgets to senior management.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
