The successful candidate will resolve complex commercial reinsurance claims, manage a large portfolio, and act as a key technical expert within the team. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, and over 5 years of experience in claims operations within the commercial insurance sector. Strong negotiation and analytic skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Claims Operation within Commercial Insurance.

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
