Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Planning
- Define and execute a business development strategy for the UAE aligned with regional and global growth objectives.
- Identify new business models, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive market penetration and long-term competitiveness.
Client Leadership & Market Development
- Lead acquisition of marquee industrial and commercial clients while nurturing existing relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level decision-makers, understanding client needs and designing tailored solar energy solutions.
Sales & Deal Closure
- Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, proposal structuring, pricing, negotiations, and closure of high-value contracts.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets, while ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor UAE solar sector policies, regulatory landscape, competitor strategies, and client trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for business positioning and investment decisions.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and operations teams to ensure client-centric solutions and seamless execution.
- Support internal teams in structuring proposals and ensuring technical-commercial alignment for competitive advantage.
Representation & Branding
- Represent CleanMax Solar at leading industry events, trade fairs, and government/industry forums to enhance brand recognition.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry stakeholders, government agencies, consultants, and influencers.
