A leading insurance company in the UAE is looking for a Broker Relationship Manager to manage and grow their broker network across General and Medical insurance lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a broker relations role and excellent communication and people-management skills. Responsibilities include maintaining the broker portfolio, conducting regular meetings, handling renewal management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, and insurance certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a broker relations role.
• Insurance certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines.
• Conduct strategic meetings with brokers to develop the portfolio.
• Handle renewal management and related coordination with brokers.
• Prepare monthly business/performance reports.
• Conduct portal presentations and training for brokers.
• Monitor and analyze broker performance regularly.
• Support Finance Department on credit control issues.
• Maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build a strong pipeline of corporate accounts each quarter.
• Update KYC-related documents of the panel broker.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory processes.
