Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role.
• Dealership/OEM experience preferred.
• Ability to guide technicians remotely and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical assistance for automotive after-sales operations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and coordinate with OEMs for complaint resolution.
• Manage field service campaigns and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
