Job Summary

Lead the Bank’s Affluent client growth strategy by utilizing the Affluent client value proposition to acquire New to Bank Affluent clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy
  • Engage NTB Affluent clients via leads sourced from Alliances, Targeted lists or Executive Banking Team on full Affluent offering
  • Handle client-led requests via marketing campaigns and online pull
  • Activate NTB clients, set up and educate clients on remote channel usage (Online, Contact Centre, ATM), and hand over clients to assigned Priority Banking Teams
  • Business

  • Onboard affluent clients using the Affluent proposition, product benefits matching client needs, the Bank’s brand, global network, campaigns and specialist support
  • Deepen relationships across multiple products to create client stickiness and establish the Bank as primary for transactional, savings and investment needs
  • Execute onboarding activities across the Bank’s local and international network
  • Ensure onboarded clients match the defined Affluent profile for sustainable growth
  • Deliver a seamless initial onboarding experience
  • Maintain portfolio quality with regard to client qualification
  • Risk Management
  • Adhere to Customer Due Diligence requirements and all legal / compliance guidelines
  • Maintain data confidentiality and secrecy norms
  • Ensure accurate documentation and verification prior to submission
  • Follow the bank’s sales process and avoid mis-selling
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned products and practice responsible selling
  • Keep accurate activity records

  • Ensure compliance with global AML & CDD standards and internal / external regulations
  • Adopt and govern ORF / process universe; collaborate with FCC, AML, L&C as needed
  • Provide input on governance and operational risk to define controls
