Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to optimize customer relationships in the Utilities sector. You will design SAP CRM configurations, ensure effective integration with SAP ISU, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate needs a Bachelor's or Master's degree and over 5 years in SAP CRM. Strong expertise in the Utilities sector is essential. This full-time position is on-site in Dubai and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, with at least 3 years in Utilities (ISU).
• Experience with SAP CRM Service Interaction Center (IC), Contract Management, and Case Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP ISU processes including billing and meter management.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP CRM 7.0 for key modules.
• Ensure integration between SAP CRM and SAP ISU.
• Enhance customer experience by implementing Interaction Center and Customer Service modules.
