Job description
Luxury Link Properties, a prestigious real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to oversee our team handling both secondary market and off-plan properties. This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who excels in real estate and team management, with the ability to drive results and growth across multiple property markets.
Role Description:
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in both secondary and off-plan properties
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
Monitor market trends and guide the team on market insights and client engagement techniques
Provide training, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance from the sales team
Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster partnerships and business growth
Review and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong understanding of both secondary and off-plan property markets in Dubai
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through team performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and relevant tools
