We are seeking a highly motivated Strategist in our Sales Strategy Team to drive the design, execution, and optimization of sales strategies across our property development portfolio. The role will focus on building data-driven plans, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and a proven track record in real estate sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and performance plans to achieve project-specific and company-wide sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and buyer profiling to identify growth opportunities.
- Support project launches by aligning pricing, product positioning, and sales channel strategies.
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure sales campaigns are aligned with target markets and brand positioning.
- Work closely with project, finance, and customer relations teams to ensure smooth customer journey and after-sales processes.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and sales performance reviews for senior leadership.
- Identify and recommend digital tools, CRM enhancements, and innovative sales practices to boost performance.
- Contribute to training and development programs to strengthen the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Control marketing and sales budgets for the project ensuring sales within the estimated budget
- Roll out commission policies for internal stakeholders and the market to drive sales velocity
- Work across stakeholders in the organization to ensure project timelines are being met from a sales and marketing point of view
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred, from a Top Institute).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, or consulting.
- Experience in sales analytics, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
