Overview

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established international plastic trading company. Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales activities within Vietnam and export markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand sales of scrap plastic materials to recyclers and manufacturers in Vietnam.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to scrap plastic sourcing and supply.
  • Build long-term relationships with local buyers recycling plants and international clients.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements and regulatory developments in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, inspection agencies and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  • Support export sales processes including documentation and shipment coordination.
  • Maintain sales reports, client data and market intelligence for management review.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scrap plastic trading, recycling or bulk commodity sales.
  • Strong understanding of plastic scrap grades, quality standards and recycling processes.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and export logistics.
  • Proficient in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive and driven to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills
