We are 8Flamez, home of the biggest YouTuber in the Middle East, AboFlah. We'relooking for a fearless, target driven, market hunting Sales Executive to bring in high value brand deals for the most influential creators in the region.

This isn’t a sit back and wait type of sales job, it is pure outbound energy, sharp pitching, and closing real revenue for creators who dominate the region’s attention. You will be selling access to audiences brands dream of reaching. If you love the chase, live for the close, and want to earn serious commission by bringing world class deals into the creator economy, this role is for you.

We are a lean, elite crew operating at creator scale. We want someone with hunger, discipline, and the confidence to build relationships across agencies, brands, and decision makers.

What you'll do

  • Hunt for New Deals: Lead outbound sales to brands, agencies, and partners. Identify opportunities, open doors, and build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Pitch Our Creators: Sell the commercial power of AboFlah and our wider roster. Craft compelling pitches that help brands understand the value of partnering with the region’s most influential talent.
  • Close High Value Partnerships: Own the full sales cycle. Outreach, negotiation, contracting, and handover. Your goal is simple: bring in exceptional revenue.
  • Grow Key Accounts: Build long term relationships. Turn one time activations into repeat business with bigger budgets and broader scopes.
  • Spot Untapped Revenue: Identify new categories, seasonal trends, or brand moments where our creators can win. Be the first to move.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work hand in hand with the operations and creator teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional partner outcomes.
