We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Male Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, specializing in global trading of fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding our client base in general trade, modern trade markets and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and secure new clients within general trade, modern trade markets and HORECA segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring profitable terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the fresh produce industry, specifically in fruits and vegetables.
  • Demonstrate success in selling to Al Aweer markets and large-scale wholesale retailers in Dubai.
  • Experience in the General trade, Modern Trade and HORECA sector, with a track record of developing relationships and closing deals with hyper markets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the UAE.
  • Fluent in Hindi and Malayalam. Knowledge of Bengali and Urdu is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, CIM or a related field will be an added advantage.
