Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land transport operations.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the logistics and freight forwarding industry a strong network of clients and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify develop and maintain new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

  • Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for clients across air sea and land freight.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics in Dubai.

  • Strong knowledge of air freight sea freight and land transport operations.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Existing client base in UAE logistics market is an advantage.

  • UAE Driving License preferred (to visit clients and expand business reach).
