About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Executive to promote and sell premium solid surface materials across the UAE. This is a project-driven, consultative role focused on specification sales targeting architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators involved in hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial interiors. This is not retail sales — this role requires a deep understanding of materials, project lifecycles, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators
  • Promote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
  • Track projects from early design stages through tender, approval, and final installation
  • Provide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRM
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the market
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of UAE-based sales experience in solid surface, stone, quartz, or interior finishing materials
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and specification-based sales
  • Proven ability to work with architects, designers, joinery workshops, and fit-out contractors
  • Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOQs, and advise confidently on solutions
  • UAE driving licence preferred
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
