Overview

This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients in the HORECA Channel in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market dynamics in Abu Dhabi with regard to Frozen Seafood, Frozen Flatbreads and Frozen Bakery products and be able to leverage this knowledge to create effective business strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA channel in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain to increase revenue.
  • Leverage knowledge of market dynamics in Abu Dhabi for Frozen Seafood, Frozen Flatbreads and Frozen Bakery products to create effective business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication.
Qualifications

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in business development or sales roles in Frozen Seafood to HORECA having experience in Abu Dhabi
  2. Staying in Abu Dhabi
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Knowledge of the local business environment in Abu Dhabi.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of business development principles.
