As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve managing sales operations, facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams, and supporting the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational abilities, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations and provide administrative assistance to the team.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements, share product details, and address inquiries.
  • Support the creation and management of quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
  • Prepare reports and analyze sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications And Skills
  • A background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles or related technical knowledge is an added advantage.
