Qualifications

Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships for the company’s pest control services. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building a strong pipeline of leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the UAE B2B market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pest control services sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies tailored to the UAE market.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company’s services and generate leads.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and report on performance to management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE market.
