Job Purpose
To generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships for the company’s pest control services. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building a strong pipeline of leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the UAE B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pest control services sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies tailored to the UAE market.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company’s services and generate leads.
- Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and report on performance to management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE market.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Previous experience in Facility Management, Building Materials, Construction, or Fit-Out industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business and sales plans with minimal supervision.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
