About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the GCC market. The role is based in Dubai with frequent travel across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design, furniture, or related industries, and a strong network with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a GCC-focused sales and business development strategy.

Build long-term partnerships with architects, designers, real estate developers, and major corporate accounts.

Identify and secure large-scale projects and high-value opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms across the GCC.

Collaborate with international teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Monitor market activity and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in sales or business development within interior design, furniture, or similar industries.

Strong GCC network with proven success in managing large commercial projects.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Based in Dubai with flexibility to travel regionally and internationally.
