As a Room Attendant at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will ensure guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. You will provide attentive service, respond to guest requests, and contribute to a welcoming, stylish, and playful SO/ brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, furniture, and fixtures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, minibar items, and amenities as required.
- Ensure all items in the room are in good condition and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest property, lost and found items, and security protocols.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any incidents, damages, or irregularities to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Assist in maintaining public areas and corridors as required.
- Uphold professional appearance, grooming, and SO/ brand service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a room attendant or housekeeping staff in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service quality.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition and stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and alignment with SO/ brand identity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
