Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Kiosk Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves face-to-face sales at our kiosk as well as supporting online sales through platforms such as Noon and social media channels.

The ideal candidate has experience in luxury or premium products, is flexible in working hours, and understands how online and offline sales work together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively sell products to walk-in customers at the kiosk
  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Manage and support online orders from platforms such as Noon
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media channels
  • Assist in content coordination and basic follow-ups for social media sales
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably luxury or premium products
  • Familiarity with Noon platform and social media sales is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a kiosk / mall environment and on shift basis
  • English required (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
