A fast-growing dining brand in Dubai is seeking an experienced manager to lead operations and shape a vibrant community-focused dining experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily front-of-house operations to deliver seamless service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high morale and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and supplier relations.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs across service, cash handling, and reservations.
  • Liaise with the owner on strategy, financial performance, and staffing.
  • Uphold Dubai Municipality and HACCP standards.
  • Drive guest engagement and community presence through on-floor leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience in high-volume, casual-premium or boutique venues.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with POS and reservation systems; confident with reporting and reconciliation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s F&B market, suppliers, and regulations.
  • Hands‑on, guest-facing management style and a natural sense of hospitality.
