Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Site Manager for a Solar PV project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves full responsibility for day-to-day site management, contractor coordination, and quality control. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 8-10 years of experience in energy projects, preferably Solar PV. This is a mandatory 100% resident position with all-inclusive remuneration covering salary, accommodation, and other expenses.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in energy projects, preferably in Solar PV.
• Proven leadership on utility-scale or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities of the Solar PV project.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and support recovery actions.
