Job summary

A telecom solutions provider based in Dubai is seeking a candidate with over 5 years of experience in product delivery and transformation roles. The ideal applicant should possess advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, along with experience in building dashboards using Power BI. This role requires strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and the ability to engage with senior leadership while being fully hands-on. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Product delivery, transformation, product operations, or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and PMO fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership while remaining hands-on.
• Background in telecom, technology, or enterprise environments preferred.

Required Hands-On Expertise

• Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive storytelling, charts, visual structure) with 4+ yrs experience
• Strong Excel skills (trackers, pivots, KPIs, benefits and performance models) with 4+ yrs experience
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar tools with 3+ yrs experience
• Comfortable using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint with 2+ yrs experience
• Ability to create clean visuals and infographics without external design support.

Experience & Profile
