A leading crypto exchange is seeking a CE Data Analyst to shape the performance ecosystem for their Client Experience organization. In this fully remote role, you will partner with the Client Engagement team to define meaningful KPIs, build performance metrics, and create actionable dashboards for insights. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing performance metrics, strong SQL skills, and a passion for crypto, helping the organization enhance service quality and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep expertise in performance metrics for Client Engagement.
• 5+ years of SQL experience to build and validate performance metrics.
• 3+ years managing data pipelines.
• 3+ years in data integration and infrastructure.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Client Engagement team to define KPI metrics.
• Build and maintain CE’s performance metrics within the Data Lake.
• Ensure accurate performance measurements reflecting team outcomes.
• Enhance metrics to align with evolving business needs.
• Create dashboards to communicate insights across the organization.
