Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years in IT service management or systems administration.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or coordination role.
• Experience managing IT vendors or MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations at Dubai headquarters.
• Coordinate IT service management practices across GCC and LATAM.
• Work closely with the CISO for security compliance.
• Lead engagements with IT vendors and service providers.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding user processes.
