As Director of E-commerce your core mission is to drive online revenue growth by building and optimizing a high‑performing digital ecosystem. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets for your region and hotel portfolio.
You will be based in Dubai, UAE and will report to the Vice President E-Commerce & Loyalty.
You will lead, empower and accelerate the region's online business performance across all hotels. You will define and execute the regional digital commerce strategy guide and inspire hotel E-commerce Directors, ensuring every property maximizes its online visibility and revenue across both direct channels (CRM Loyalty) and indirect channels (OTAs, Metasearch, GDS, Bedbanks).
You will partner closely with global digital and marketing experts to enhance visibility, traffic and conversion across all platforms, ensuring the region consistently delivers best‑in‑class digital performance and commercial results.
Main KPIs are: Revenue, Net RevPAR, Direct vs. Indirect weight, Conversion rate, Contribution rate, App download, Content score, Rate parity.
